Thrasher-Horne Center Welcomes Anna Zirbel as New Executive Director

St. Johns River State College has named Anna Zirbel as the new executive director of the Thrasher-Horne Center. Zirbel, who has 20 years of theatre and venue management experience, has served as both ’s director of marketing and sales and box office manager since joining the team in 2005. Following a nationwide search, Zirbel succeeds previous executive director, Denton Yockey.  “Anna’s experience, discipline and organizational skills make her the perfect leader to take the Thrasher-Horne Center to the next level,” said Yockey. For 75 years, the music of The Oak Ridge Boys has delighted audiences around the world. Founded in 1943 as the Oak Ridge Quartet, the current lineup has been together since 1973.
