The seventh installment of Miami’s III Points music festival wowed fans with the release of this year’s lineup last week. After a very successful 2019 festival with performances by  Grammy-winning Tyler, the Creator, A$AP Rocky, Erykah Badu, SZA, James Blake and Beach House, organizers have again outdone themselves with another star-studded lineup, now jam packed into two days. Previously held over three days and in February, the festival will now take place May 1-2 and include headliners the Strokes, Robyn, Wu-Tang Clan, Disclosure, Kaytranada, Caribou and many more. With III Points being many of the featured artists’ only Florida performances, this will be a music festival that is well worth the road trip to sunny south Florida.

Over the years, III Points has consistently provided a wide array of musical artists from many different genres, ensuring that there is always something for everyone attending. From rock and pop, to rap and EDM, the festival has artists for any niche your musical taste may fall under. Other notable acts at this year’s festival include Stereolab, Homeshake, Tycho, Omar Apollo, Moses Sumney, Ariel Pink and (Sandy) Alex G.

The ever evolving music festival also simultaneously remains true to its roots, always including a large amount of local Florida artists to share the stage with national and global acts. The eclectic list of local acts includes Jaialai, Ms. Mada, Las Nubes, Richie Hell, Butterfly Snapple, Ashley Venom and Haute Tension, to name a few. A handful of the local artists have played the festival in the past while many others will be making their III Point debut.

The two day music festival will again be held at Mana Wynwood in Miami’s art district, featuring six stages and over 50 different artists. Similar to last year, Boiler Room will also be hosting a live broadcast over during the festival. III Points will also include large scale immersive art installations, murals and live graffiti by artists to be announced soon.

For a short amount of time, Tier I ticket pricing for general admission is $99 and $249 for VIP tickets with installment plans and hotel packages available. However, these prices will not last forever with Tier II pricing beginning this week.  Stay tuned for a more in-depth look at the festival with more artists to be announced in the coming weeks.
