Daisy Tackett

Known for her riffs on feminism, body image, dating and politics, Daisy Tackett has made a name for herself by not shying away from sensitive —and important — topics like rape culture and sexual assault, though she’s equally prepared to discuss less pressing issues like the lack of fat bachelorettes. Besides slaying it on stage whenever she gets the chance, Tackett hosts open mic nights at The Walrus in Murray Hill (she should get another “Best Of” just for how she handles that!) and is the local producer for Don’t Tell Comedy, an international pop-up comedy concept.
