1904 Music Hall  19 N. Ocean St., 434-3475, 1904musichall.com Resurrected from one of Downtown Jax’s oldest structures, this live music venue’s name comes from the year it was built: 1904. With 17 foot tall ceilings, brick walls, rustic wooden columns, and local art on display, the sound and vibe of the room lends itself well to any performance. Days and hours of operation depend on show schedule.

Bold City Brewery  109 E. Bay St., 379-6551, boldcitybrewery.com Bold City Brewery is locally owned and operated. Brian, the Brewmaster started with home brewing in 2002. Bold City Brewery was one of the first to create Jacksonville’s own selection of craft beer, making them a local favorite. The downtown location is open Sun-Thur 11am-8pm and Fri-Sat 11am-11pm.

Breezy Jazz Club  119 W. Adams St., 666-7562 A jazz club in downtown Jacksonville with live jazz, wine, dining and dancing. Open Wed-Sat 6-10pm. Check their Facebook for updates.

Cowford Chophouse contains several fabulous bars to to enjoy a drink and a bite. The open-air rooftop bar has a view that is sure to impress.

De Real Ting Cafe  128 W. Adams St., 633-9738 The Caribbean cafe is open Mon-Fri for lunch but Friday and Saturday nights, they rock the block until 4am. Check their Facebook for updates.

Dos Gatos  123 E. Forsyth St., 354-0666 Located across from the historic Florida Theatre, the art of the cocktail is on display nightly as the talented staff create real drinks for people who like real drinks. The most diverse selection of spirits and a healthy beer list, as well. Whatever your itch, they aim to scratch. Open nightly until 2am.

Intuition Ale Works  929 E. Bay St., 683-7720 Intuition Ale Works is a Jacksonville, Florida-based craft brewery established in 2010 by owner and brewer Ben Davis. Specializing in small-batch handcrafted ales, they aim to create quality, flavorful and creative beers in a wide range of styles. Black Sheep, a local restaurant, also provides food within the brewery. Mon-Thurs 3-10pm, Fri 3-11pm, Sat 11am-11pm, Sun 11am-9pm.

The Justice Pub  315 E. Bay Street, 515-3112, @TheJusticePub Serving beer and wine only, but not missing the full bar because Justice serves up some amazing beer and wine cocktails. Great selection of local craft beers on draft as well as a nice assortment of domestic and international beers. There are outdoor tables and the inside has impressive murals on the walls. In the back you will find some classic video games, pinball machines, dart boards, and a couple of pool tables.

Forsyth St., 619-1479 Downtown Jacksonville’s only full-scale distillery, Manifest Distillery is located just a few blocks from the Sports Complex and is in the same building as Intuition Ale Works. Manifest produces non-GMO Potato Vodka, organic Gin and organic Rye Whiskey. All distillation equipment is American-made, and the grains that go into each of their spirits are sourced from carefully selected, North American farms. Open for tastings, tours and private events, Manifest offers cocktail kits for home games and has bottles available for purchase. Retail hours are Th-Fri 2-7pm, Saturday Noon-7pm and Sunday Noon-6pm.

Morton’s Steakhouse 225 E. Coastline Dr., 354-4350, mortons.com Morton’s Steakhouse is located in the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront. The bar opens at every day at 4pm.

Volstead  115 W. Adams St. An upscale bourbon bar serving premium bourbons, scotches and whiskeys in a 1920s-themed setting. Mon-Sat 4pm-2am and Sun 7pm-2am.
