In 2004, The New York Times suggested this ensemble work, starring the “runaway stripper, Pippi” would be destined for bigger things. It has graced stages across the nation and earned warm-hearted praise, but it’s also been accused of trading in on out-of-date stereotypes. Campy or condescending, we’re guessing it will strike a note of recognition … after all, Trailer Park is set in our beloved, deeply weird, Sunshine State.
