A DRAMATIC READING & PERFORMANCE OF AN EPIC FAIRYTALE IN THE RIVER CITY

All the Angels Come _CASTPlayers by the Sea presents a dramatic reading and performance of an epic fairytale in the River City written by Jim Alabiso. All the Angels Come was originally written in novel format and has been adapted for the stage for a public staged reading directed by Barbara Colaciello.

All the Angels Come is a work of fiction in a big screen age where the Tony Starks and Bruce Waynes don their costumes, and leave their mansions. There are those among us who have neither. They can be heroes too. The story begins with Willis, Masuyo, Jay and Ricardo. You may have met them before; a familiar face in a familiar place. Get to know them, as a certain river city discovers its inherent magic when all the angels come.

A dramatic staged reading of PART I will be scored by the Bold City Contemporary Ensemble featuring world renowned usicians. The All the Angels Come art series by MWill will be auctioned and prints will be available for sale as well. Proceeds will finance the project and supply needed goods to homeless community members. The performance is directed by Improv to the Rescue coach and playwright Barbara Colaciello and produced by Joe Schwarz, Executive Director of Players by the Sea.

Performances are Friday August 26 and Saturday August 27 on the theatre’s Studio Stage. General Admission is $15.00 and Senior, Student and Military Admission is $10.00. For more information, please visit www.playersbythesea.org or call the Box Office at 904.249.0289. Expect the unexpected!
