The Candy Apple Café & Cocktails Introduces New Cocktail: The Martini of the Night Inspired by The Phantom of the Opera

020516 Candy Apple Martini-7The Candy Apple Café & Cocktails has introduced a new cocktail, “The Martini of the Night,” inspired by The Spectacular New Production of THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA coming to Jacksonville’s Times-Union Center February 10-21 as part of the FSCJ Artist Series season.

The martini, which is made with Godiva white chocolate liqueur, crème de cocoa, vodka, and half-and-half, costs $8 and will be available February 10-21.

“The FSCJ Artist Series brings world-class shows to Jacksonville, and The Phantom of the Opera is one of my favorite musicals,” said Jennifer Earnest, co-owner of The Candy Apple Café & Cocktails. “We’re proud to partner with The FSCJ Artist Series to present this limited-time 020516 Candy Apple Martini-9cocktail. It’s our way of adding to the theater-going experience in Downtown, while temporarily expanding our craft candy cocktail menu to include a classic chocolate martini.”

Although this martini will only be available for a limited time, The Candy Apple Café & Cocktails’ pre-show prix fixe menu is available year-round for guests who are attending an FSCJ Artist Series show before or after their visit to the restaurant. This menu includes a glass of wine, appetizer, entrée and dessert for $30 per person. To take advantage of this offer, guests must present their show tickets to a server. The pre-show prix fixe menu will not be available during Valentine’s Day weekend, February 12-14.
