POWER UP: Riverside Debauchery

According to the Florida Times-Union, a proposal put together by Riverside Avondale Preservation society (also known as the oldest RAP group in Jax) and its drinking buddies, Councilmembers Jim Love and Greg Anderson, would allow smaller establishments in the area to embrace the emerging (fading?) craft cocktail trend. If approved, the measure would go into effect more than a year from now, when assuredly the craft cocktail trend will be replaced with the next drinking fad: getting sloshed on wine-coolers in suburbia, seriously.
