POWER UP: HANDOUTS!

The Florida Legislature is anticipating the state will end up with more than $600 million in budget surplus, according to several news sources.The Republican dominated legislature has indicated, initial plans for the extra cash include tax cuts (duh) and education spending. No word yet on whether they’ll accept Folio Weekly’s spending proposal for Jacksonville to receive its very own waterfront cornhole arena.
