IT’S PHO-NOMENAL!
A staple pho restaurant, Bowl of Pho, has been around Baymeadows for quite a while, and isn’t leaving anytime soon. Pho (the pronunciation of which is hotly contested) is a Vietnamese soup with rice noodles and broth, plus beef, pork, chicken, or even tripe. Bowl of Pho also serves boba tea, a traditional Taiwanese drink who popularity has spread over Asia and America. A favorite at Bowl of Pho is taro boba tea — a vanilla, milky drink with edible pearls, and not the kind that come from oysters. These tapioca pearls make every sip of boba tea a surprise, as you never know when you’re going to slurp up something chewy and delicious.
