A longtime friend of (and contributor to) Folio Weekly, Bill Belleville is an award-winning environmental writer, documentary filmmaker and lecturer. His book, Losing It All to Sprawl: How Progress Ate My Cracker Landscape, takes a look at urban sprawl and its effect on the environment in the Sunshine State, through the story of his historic farmhouse and its destruction.
