Fort Stories is a 7-piece folk rock/indie band from Jacksonville. FS released their debut EP Mean Winter in 2013 and have been playing locally and regionally in support of that record. Fort Stories was named to Void Magazine’s list of “Local Bands on the Verge of Stardom.” Void had this to say about Fort Stories: “There’s no denying a good melody and professional musicianship…With dueling male/female vocals and a full, well-rounded sound, their songs are almost anthemic; they’re skilled and it’s undeniable.” Fort Stories focuses on an exciting and extremely polished live show that is projected with honesty and a genuine love for music. Fort Stories is currently writing and developing their next album, a narrative concept album, which they hope to release in the Fall of 2015.
