Feb 6 PARENTS NIGHT OUT Parents Night Out is an “instant audience favorite,” delighting theatre audiences around the country. Karen Morgan, a Southern belle, and Jim Colliton, a Boston Irishman, are both comedy veterans and parents who are married. Through stand-up comedy, improv and hilarious audience participation, Jim and Karen give parents of all ages a chance to laugh at the trials and tribulations of parenthood, marriage, family and everyday life in America. Parents Night Out is clean comedy for grownups.
Feb 22 RUSSIAN NATIONAL BALLET THEATRE: DON QUIXOTE Based on an episode from Miguel de Cervantes’ famous novel, Don Quixote de la Mancha, the story follows its title hero, a middle-aged country gentleman absorbed with tales of chivalry, who sets out to defend virtue and punish those who violate the code of honor. With his servant Sancho Panza as his armor-bearer, he travels to Barcelona, only to mistake Kitri, an innkeeper’s daughter who is in love with a barber, for his dream-lover Dulcinea. A dance-packed feast of comedy, drama, romance, intrigue, betrayal and fantasy, Minkus’ rousing score endows each scene with rich atmosphere.

March 7 “NIGHT FEVER” – THE BEE GEES TRIBUTE “Night Fever” – The Bee Gees Tribute is the largest production of the Bee Gees in the world. This all Canadian cast has been touring for the past 10 years, from Disneyland to Russia, recreating the look and sound of the Bee Gees. April 18 CLAY COUNTY COMMUNITY BAND Their first solo performance on the THCA main stage brought the audience to its feet! This season, the Clay County Community Band returns to perform the popular hits, classic composers, traditional marches and big swing band favorites that have earned them the honor of being called Clay County’s official “band.” Joining the band on stage will be vocalist Bonalyn Boyd.
April 22-23 CHARLOTTE’S WEB Theatreworks’ production of Charlotte’s Web is based on E. B. White’s loving story of the friendship between a pig named Wilbur and a little gray spider named Charlotte. Wilbur has a problem: how to avoid winding up as pork chops! Charlotte, a fine writer and true friend, hits on a plan to fool Farmer Zuckerman – she will create a “miracle.” Spinning the words “Some Pig” in her web, Charlotte weaves a solution which not only makes Wilbur a prize pig, but ensures his place on the farm forever. This treasured tale, featuring mad-cap and endearing farm animals, explores bravery, selfless love, and the true meaning of friendship.
April 25 KORESH DANCE COMPANY:COME TOGETHER Middle Eastern music with classical favorites, sharing with the audience both the grounded, driving, earthy rhythms of the old world with the ethereal, heavenly, sounds of the new. Enjoy both sweeping circle patterns and gestures drawn from Israeli folk dance, as well as stunning athleticism as the Koresh Dance Company seamlessly shifts between classical, folk and pedestrian movement.
