Welcome to the inaugural edition of DRINK, Folio Weekly’s celebration of beer, booze and bars in Northeast Florida. We’ll be doing this twice a year — once in spring, once in winter — bringing you a directory of the region’s finest bars as well as features on different aspects of the local drinking culture.
