Music fills the air in Springfield at Porchfest, a daylong event featuring live music staged at various locations and house porches in the historic neighborhood. More than 20 local musical acts are scheduled, including Tropic of Cancer (pictured), Mama Blue, Canary in the Coalmine, Katie Helow and Zach Lever, El Conjunto Tropical, Joe Shuck and Crazy Daysies. Food trucks abound; bring lawn chairs.
