Daryl Hance will be bringing his Power Trio home to Jacksonville on January 3rd 2015 for a performance at Underbelly. Hance continues touring in support his latest release Land Of Trembling Earth.

On Land Of Trembling Earth, the follow up to his 2011 debut recording Hallowed Ground, Jacksonville, Florida singer/guitarist Daryl Hance has upgraded his delivery to new and improved stout and shout, let it all hang out sing-alongs laid out to a backdrop of his ever hard-hitting funky, bluesy, rock and roll music. The result is a batch of songs that are as infectious and grooving as they are belted out with a renewed confidence more akin with his sultry guitar skills.

Musically, Land Of Trembling Earth picks up where the first album left off, but is more of a quantum leap in personal music evolution.

“Daryl Hance’s music is appropriately swampy, a brackish blend of Luther Dickinson grit, Fogerty brothers choogle and Dex Romweber twang. The sweltering jams are thick with humidity and, as we all know, it’s not really about the heat, but the humidity.” – Free-Times.com

“This record is unbelievable! As thick and real as it gets. Moving from beautiful laments to haunting bluesy rock bombs, grooving nastily while spitting and grinding away with the ferocity of a busted chainsaw!” – JJ Grey
