I wish there were a way you could play with construction equipment for a few hours. I’d love it if you could get up in a bulldozer and flatten a small hill. Use an excavator to destroy a decrepit old shed or clear a piece of land of stumps and dead trees. Metaphorically speaking, that’s the kind of work you need to do on your inner landscape: move around big, heavy stuff, demolish outworn structures, reshape the area to make way for new building projects.
