Crenshaw’s actions were discussed Oct. 20  on the CBS show “60 Minutes” and in Peter Schweizer’s book “Extortion: How Politicians Extract Your Money, Buy Votes and Line Their Own Pockets.” Schweizer did not respond to a question about the Crenshaw trip in an email sent to his public relations representative, and his book does not contain any information about the date of the outing.
