Bouquets to Oakleaf Senior High School agriculture teacher Keri Mulligan, recently honored as the 2013 Florida winner of the Ideas United Award by the National Association of Agricultural Educators. Milligan teaches at the Orange Park school’s Plant Biotechnology Academy. The award recognizes teachers for their originality, practicality, adaptability to instruction and instructional value of their lessons.
