“Mrs. Kate” Carpenter, folksinger, songwriter and storyteller, is seeking talented young actors to star in a new children’s music video, “Singin’ and Smilin’ with ‘Mrs. Kate’.” This broadcast quality film will be professionally produced by executive producer, Alison Myers of Stargroves Films, and will be nationally and globally distributed. Complete information about the production and application requirements are posted on www.MrsKate.com. Direct link: http://mrskate.com/Auditioning/ntaudition.htm The deadline for applications is Monday, January 28. Auditions begin on February 2.

Hailing from the tiny town of Callahan, Florida, “Mrs. Kate” tours regionally and worldwide, and has independently produced 10 original CD’s and one children’s music video. Performing 150 shows a year and touring extensively, “Mrs. Kate” has been featured on numerous television and radio shows, including Radio Disney.

Working with “Mrs. Kate” on a production is a once in a lifetime experience. Parent testimonials can be found on the website. Ron Johnson, of the Florida Times Union, writes that “In my opinion, ‘Mrs. Kate’ is the “number one children’s entertainer in the United States today. There may be some more famous perhaps, but there are none better than Florida’s own ‘Mrs. Kate.'”
