Court Yard Cafe (116 N. Pearl St.) The recently completed Court Yard Cafe features a coffee bar, shoe-shine stand, pizzeria and cold-cuts counter.

7-Eleven (Union & Main Streets) Everything you’d expect from a 7-Eleven, recently completed and open for business.

McDonald’s/Family Dollar (233 E. State St.) Demolition work is now underway on the former Warren Motors dealership, in preparation for the construction of a new Family Dollar and McDonald’s restaurant. The $3.7 million project should be completed before the end of the year.

Derby on Park (1068 Park St.) A re-take on a Historic 5 Points Institution (in Riverside) is open for business, from the founders of Secret Garden Cafe and the founder of Olde Florida Cafe.

Black Sheep Restaurant (1534 Oak St.) Black Sheep is an independent restaurant located in Jacksonville’s historic 5-Points in Riverside. Their focus is on fresh, local ingredients and hand-crafted food. They offer a full bar, signature cocktails, craft beers and wine.

Aardwolf Brewery (1461 Hendricks Avenue) Construction continues on the adaptive reuse of this historic Hendricks Avenue ice plant into the Aardwolf Brewery.

Grape & Grain Exchange and The Parlour (2000 San Marco Boulevard) Work is underway on the Grape & Grain Exchange and The Parlour at 2000 San Marco Boulevard. When complete, the space will include a 1,300 square foot shop and a 50-seat, 1,800 square foot bar.

Maple Street Biscuit Company (2004 San Marco Boulevard) Specializing in perfect biscuits, this breakfast and lunch business just opened in November. It is a southern comfort restaurant with a modern flare.
