Santa Barbara based band Rebelution has officially announced their highly anticipated, headlining 2011 “Winter Greens Tour” which will land at Plush on March 13 along with the improvisational grateful dub of Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad.
In addition to the tour, Rebelution is introducing innovative fan contests where their fans across the nation will have the opportunity to win a chance to partake in exclusive “Sound Check Sessions,” where a select group of winners are able to watch Rebelution sound check and rehearse brand new songs before doors. Fans can submit content for video, photo and art contests on the Rebelution tour site at www.wintergreenstour.com/contests. Categories include “homemade” video description of favorite Rebelution song and why, best tattoo, best drawing / painting / graphic design, video explaining their personal environmentally conscious lifestyle, and creating a music video. The band will decide the winners from each category.
In their time off stage, throughout the tour Rebelution will also be participating in Q&A sessions through their official Twitter page. Fans can tweet in their questions for the band to answer.
