The Augustine Grille at Sawgrass Marriott just got the “Snail of Approval” award from the local chapter of Slow Food USA, which promotes equity and sustainability in food policy, production practices and market forces. They’re one of the very few places in the area that serves dry-aged steak, for which they have my seal of approval!
