A winner of the 2012 PEN Center USA Literary Award for her novel You Know When the Men are Gone, American writer Siobhan Fallon’s writing has appeared in The Washington Post Magazine, The Huffington Post, and NPR’s Morning Edition. In 2011, Fallon and her family moved to Jordan and currently live in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Fallon’s latest novel, The Confusion of Languages, has already received critical acclaim in its telling of two military wives navigating the at-times rocky, cultural terrain of the modern-day Middle East.
