The Cut Party at The Players

Hundreds of people gathered in The Lot at The Cut party May 10 after the second round of The Players Championship.

Opening act The Band Be Easy grooved on covers of new and classic tunes, and country music artist Darryl Worley headlined the event. Guests sampled food from Woody’s Bar-B-Q and a variety of drinks. Sweet Pete’s handed out samples of some of their most popular sweets, including sea salt caramels.

The event was a fundraiser for The Boselli Foundation, a faith-based non-profit organization that works to help children living in at-risk neighborhoods on the Northside through its after school Youth Life Learning Centers. Children through the eighth grade receive help with reading, language arts and mathematics, and supplemental services such as mentoring and character development.
