Lari Gibbons’ work reflects on humans’ reverence, alteration and destruction of the natural world in an exhibit at the Museum of Contemporary Art Jacksonville. The University of North Texas associate professor’s art is held in many collections, including the Beijing Natural Culture Center and the New York Public Library. “Traces No. 7” (letterpress monoprint, pictured) is among the works on display.
