The River City Hunt offers residents of the First Coast and beyond an opportunity to compete in a local “Amazing Race” style event. Proceeds from the event raise needed funds for the Junior League of Jacksonville’s community projects that benefit children and families in the greater Jacksonville area. Are you up for the challenge?

Competitors will travel by foot or public transportation through Riverside and Avondale. You'll test your speed, stamina, strategy and problem solving skills while you complete wacky physical challenges and crack brain-teasing riddles. Clues will lead you to various establishments and landmarks throughout Riverside and Downtown. For a few hours, these neighborhoods will be your playing field. Don't miss the fun -- and your chance to win fabulous prizes!

Wear the best costume and you may win a prize! Adult tickets are $35 per adult until March 17th; $40 until April 12th and $50 on the day of the event - April 13th. Two divisions of competitors (Adult and Family) compete for prizes. Children compete free of charge, but must be accompanied by an adult team member. Teams can be comprised of 1-4 members.

The Junior League of Jacksonville is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
