Throngs of people lined Bay Street downtown to watch this year's Martin Luther King Day Parade. Marching bands, car clubs, charitable organizations, activist groups and politicians alike all marched from the Landing to Everbank Stadium in honor of Martin Luther King, some groups holding signs, some dressed as clowns, and others broadcasting his historic speech from their cars.
