Promising “grown folks’ fun,” the Jacksonville Blues Festival has a scheduled lineup of TK Soul, Mel Waiters, Latimore, Theodis Ealey and Millie Jackson. TK Soul released “Ghetto Superstar” in October but credits his 2007 album “Undisputed,” opening No. 85 on Billboard’s R&B hip-hop chart, with lifting his career. 6 p.m. Feb. 17 at the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts, 300 W.
