J. Johnson Gallery in Jacksonville Beach opened its newest exhibit, Leslie Wayne's "Paint Techtonics," with hundreds viewing the abstract 3-D art during a Sept. 20 reception. The New York painter builds layers of oil paint into 3-D compositions that often take years to produce.
