Jack Rabbits in San Marco was sold out June 14 for Capital Cities. Jacksonville alternative-indie band, The Dog Apollo, opened, playing seven songs and pumping up the crowd. The foursome includes Chris Rudasill on vocals and lead guitar, Chad Villarroel on vocals and bass, Dan Mauger on rhythm guitar, and Kenon Seymour on drums.

When Capital Cities took the stage, the crowd went wild. A mixture of electro, pop, rock and dance kept the crowd on their feet dancing, head bobbing, and singing along. Capital Cities played 15 songs including the popular "Safe and Sound." Capital Cities and their music have taken off since their 2010 start in hometown Los Angeles. Sebu Simonian and Ryan Merchant are the lead vocalists, while Manny Quintero is on bass, Nick Merwin is on guitar, and Spencer Ludwig is on trumpet.
